Tomatoes Vinaigrette (4 servings)

3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 small clove garlic, halved
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano or basil
lettuce leaves
3 tomatoes, thinly sliced

Mix first 6 ingredients.  Chill.  Arrange lettuce on serving plate.  Top with tomatoes.  Discard garlic from dressing; drizzle over tomatoes.
