Finnish Coffe Cake

1/2 cup milk scalded
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 yeast cake softened in 1/2 cup warm water
2 eggs beaten
3 1/4 cups fluor
3 cardamon seeds

Combine milk, butter, sugar and salt.  Cool to lukewarm.  Add yeast, eggs, fluor and cardamon seed.  Mix with large spoon.  Place in bowl.  COver and let rise in warm place until double in bulk, about an hour.  Ounch down and let rise again in cool place 30 minutes.  Make rolls desired shape.  Let rise until double.  Bake in moderate 375ºF, 25-30 minutes, or roll like jelly roll add raisins, saptes, cinnamon.
Frost with icing, nuts, cherries.
