Blueberry Muffins

1/2 cup butter
2 cups fluor
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups blueberries
2 tsp sugar for top or tbsp

On low speed, cream butter and sugar.  Add eggs one at a time and mix until blended.  Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.  Mash 1/2 cup blueberries and mix in by hand.  Grease tins and top surface of pan well.  Pile high in each cup, sprinkle with sugar.  Bake 375ºC 25 - 30 minutes.
