Calamari Fritti

3 lbs squid cleaned and cut into rings
oil for frying
1 cup fluor
salt lemon wedges

Heat 1 inch of oil in a deep skillet.  Dip calamari in fluor, and shake off excess.  Fry until golden, drain on paper towels and serve with lemon wedges.
