Sizzling Salmon with Bean Mash

1 (175 gr each) skinless salmon fillets
1 lime
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
600 gr butter beans, rinsed
12 gr butter
2-3 tbsp crème fraiche
garlic clove, crushed
50 gr rocket

Grate lime zest, add juice and stir with honey, mustard and salt.  Put salmon in flameproof dish and pour mixture over.  Grill until cooked through.
Tip beans into a saucepan with butter, crème fraiche, garlic and season.  Heat and mash.
Add rocket.  Serve
