Light Fish Pie

225 gr potatoes thinly sliced
100 gr broccoli in small florets
25 gr plain fluor
300 ml skimmed milk
125 gr skinless salmon fillets in chunks
125 gr skinless cod in chunks
1 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley
zest of 1/4 lemon

Cook potatoes for 3 minutes.  Drain and return to pan drizzling over olive oil.
Cook broccoli for 30 seconds in boiling water, then drain and refresh.
Put fluor, 1tbsp oil and milk in saucepan and make white sauce.  Add fish, broccoli, parsley and lemon zest and season.
Put in greased dish, cover with potatoes, season and bake at 170ºC for 30 minutes.
