325 gr potatoes skin on sliced lenghtwise
50 gr peas
100 gr can salmon
100 ml crème fraiche
50 gr cheddar cheese
Boil potatoes until nearly tender (10 min). Add peas for last few min. Drain and then toss with draines/flaked salmon. Season and spread in a flameproof dish. Add crème fraiche and then dollop cheese on top. Grill until bubbly and golden.
