3 cup shredded zucchini
1 cup bisquit mix
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
In a large bowl; combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spread into well greased 9 x 13 inch (22 x 33 cm). Bake in preheated 350ºF (180ºC) oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until top is just beginning to brown.
