Apple Cake

Ingredients

1 c butter

2 c sugar

3 eggs

3 c fluor

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp nutmeg

1/8 tsp ground cloves

2 tsp vanilla extract 

3c peeled chopped apples

1 or 2 c chopped nuts

Preheat oven al 325ºF

In large mixing bowl beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, beat well. Gradually add the dry ingredients sifted, stir in vanilla, fold in apple and nuts.

Pour into greased floured 10 inches tube pan. Bake as directed about 1 1/2 hours.
