Ingredients
3 tbsp Meringue Powder
1 lb (4 c) confectioner's sugar
6 tbsp warm water
Beat all ingredients until icing forms peaks (7-10 minutes at hogh speed with hand-held mixer)
Recipe makes 3 cups
NOTES: For stiffer icing use 1 tbsp less water.
When usung large countertop mixer or for stiffer icing, use 1 tablespoon les water.
