Fondant of orange

Ingredients:

115 gr butter
115 gr sugar
2 eggs
115 gr fluor
1 large orange
1 tsp of yeast powder

For the glazed:
1 large orange very juicy
150 gr powdered sugar

Work the butter with a wooden spoon in a bowl to make it creamy.
Incorporate the sugar little by little, then throw the whole eggs one at a time, continuing to work well in mass.
Add the fluor, the orange juice and rind finely grated, and finally the yeast.
Get the mass in a coated form and take it to bake in medium oven.
Meanwhile, prepare the frosting: Dissolve the sugar in the juice of the orange powder, to obtain a  smooth and thick cream.
Desenforme inmediately after the cake is cooked and still hot regue it with half the frosting.
Regue it with the rest of the frosting when the cake is completely cold.

Banana and Orange Cake

Ingredients:
125 gr (4 1/2 oz) chopped butter or margarine
2 tsp grated orange rind
165 gr (5 1/2 oz) sugar
2 eggs
225 gr (8 oz) self rising fluor
1/2 tsp bicarbonate
60 ml orange juice
80 gr (3 oz) sultanas or raisins
60 gr (2 1/2 oz) chopped walnuts
2 smashed ripe bananas

Preheat oven 190ºC, grease a 22 cm round deep cake tin.
Cream butter and sugar and rind until light and fluffy.  Beat in eggs 1 at a time.  Stir in sifted fluors and soda with remaining ingredients.  Spread in prepared tin.
Bake in moderate oven 45 minutes to 1 hour.  leave to cool 10 minutes before taking out of tin.

Banana and Orange Cake


Ingredients
125 gr (4 1/2 oz) chopped butter or margarine

224 gr (8 oz) self rising fluor
35 gr ( 1 1/2 oz) plain fluor
1/2 tbsp bicarbonate
60 ml orange juice
80 gr (3 oz) sultanas or raisins
60 gr (2 1/2 oz) chopped walnuts
2 smashed ripe bananas

Grease a 22 cm round deep cake tin line, preheat oven 150ºC.
Cream butter and sugar and rind until light and fluffy; beat in eggs one at a time; stir in sifted fluors and soda with remaining ingredients.  Spread in prepared tin, bake in moderate oven 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Leave to cool 10 minutes before taking ouy of tin.

Cupcakes de tres leches con buttercream de naranja (9 unidades)


Ingredientes:

Para el bizcocho
90 gr. de mantequilla
2 huevos
300 ml leche condensada
140 gr. de harina
1 1/2 cucharadita de levadura royal

Para la crema
150 ml nata liquida
150 ml leche condensada
150 ml leche evaporada

Para la buttercream:
200 gr. azucar glass 
200 gr. mantequilla
El zumo de una naranja
Un poco de ralladura de naranja
Una gotita de colorante naranja para darle colorcito

Preparación:
Precalentar el horno a 170º y preparar la bandeja de cupcakes con 9 recipientes de silicona para cupcakes o capsulas para cupcakes pero plastificadas por dentro.
Batir con la batidora la mantequilla, que tiene que estar a temperatura ambiente con los dos huevos y la leche condensada. Incorporar la harina mezclada y tamizada con la levadura y batir lo minimo indispensable para que se integre. Repartir la mezcla y hornear durante 20-22 min. comprobar con un palillo antes de sacarlos del horno. 
Mientras batir la mezcla de las tres leches y cuando saquemos los cupcakes del horno los pinchamos muchas veces con un palillo y les vamos echando poquito a poco la mezcla de las tres leches, dejando que vayan absorbiendo.Para preparar la buttercream batimos el azucar con la mantequilla y la naranja hasta conseguir la textura deseada. Al final se le añade el colorante si queremos.

Jugo de Higos a la Naranja - 5 bebidas

Ingredientes
100gr de higos secos
1 l de zumo de naranja
10gr de coco rallado
1 cucharadita de canela

Preparación
Dejar macerar los higos en el zumo de naranja durante 1 hora, triturar con la batidora.
Servir el jugo muy frío espolvoreado de canela y coco rallado.

Air Jeruk


Ingredientes
12 cucharadas de azúcar
14 naranjas grandes
2 palitos de canela
3 clavos de olor
Nuez moscada rallada.

Preparación
Exprimir las naranjas y reservar.
Llevar a ebullición durante 10 minutos el zumo de las naranjas con el azúcar, la canela y los clavos de olor.
Servir el zumo en un vaso, espolvoreado con nuez moscada rallada, se sirve caliente en cualquier momento del día.

Pastel mármol de Naranja y Chocolate




Ingredientes:
4 huevos
1 taza de azúcar
1/3 taza de aceite
1/2 taza de zumo de naranja
2 tazas de harina
2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear
1 cucharadita de ralladura de naranja
1 cucharadita de cacao

Para la cobertura
50 gr de chocolate blanco
50 gr de chocolate
Un poco de leche o crema de leche.

Todos los ingredientes deben de estar a temperatura ambiente.

Preparación:
Cernir la harina con el polvo de hornear.
Batir los huevos y el azúcar hasta que haga espuma, añadir el aceite, luego intercalar el zumo y harina, terminando con la harina.
Separe 1/3 de la masa y añada el cacao, mezcle bien, al resto de la masa le añade la ralladura de naranja.
En un molde de 20 cm engrasado y enharinado, vierta la mezcla de chocolate en el centro y luego la mezcla de naranja, pase con un cuchillo desde el centro hacia afuera para "mezclar" ligeramente la masa.
Coloque en horno precalentado a 180ºC unos 40-50 minutos haste un palillo insertado en el centro salga limpio.

Cobertura: Fundir en baño maría 1-2 cucharaditas de leche o crema de leche con el chocolate blanco, y de igual manera con el chocolate negro o con leche.  Vierta sobre el bizcocho intercalendo cada uno y pase con la base de una cuchara por encima formando olas o remolinos, dejar que enfríe.

Bizcocho de Naranja con Chocolate

1 huevo
250 gramos de azúcar
2 yemas
1 maranja100 ml aceite de girasol
1 yogurt natural
220 gramos de harina
1 sobre de levadura
1 pizca de sal

Cobertura
Chocolate de cobertura y mantequilla o ghee

Triturar la naranja con o sin piel y reservar.
Batir el huevo y las yemas con el azúcar, añadir la naranja el aceite y el yogurt.  Mezclar todo y añadir la harina crnida con la levadura y la pizca de sal poco a poco.
Untar un molde con mantequilla -mejor si es plum cake- y añadir la masa, colocar en el horno a 180ºC unos 30 minutos.

Opcional, cuando lleve en el horno unos 5 minutos, con una cucharita puede colocar un poquito de mermelada de naranja amarga.

Cobertura:  Derrita la mantequilla con el chocolate en el microondas unos 30 segundos, remover y dejar que enfríe.
Cuando el bizcocho esté frío vierta la cobertura, si desea que endurezca mas rápido puede colocarlo en el frigo.

Orange Sponge Cake

Ingredients

1 cup sifted pastry fluor
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3 egg yolks, beaten until thick lemon colored
3/4 cup sigar
1/4 tsp grated orange rind
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten.

Sift fluor once, measure, add baking soda, and salt and sift together four times.  Add sugar gradually to egg yolks beating thoroughly after each addition.  Add rind and fruit juices.  Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.  Fold in egg yolk mixture.  Fold in fluor, a small amount at a time.  Turn into ungreased tube pan.  Bake in moderate oven 350ºF (175ºC) 45 minutes.  Invert pan one hour or until cold before removing cake.

Orange Custards in Orange Baskets

Mix the grated yellow rind of one large orange with two cups of cubed oranges with their juice.  Pour over a thick soft custard made by using two eggs instead of one, to a cup of milk, with half cup of sugar.  Should fill six or more orange baskets.

1/2 tsp bicarbonate

Cream butter, sugar and rind until light and fluffy.  Beat in eggs one at a time.  Stir in sifted fluors and soda with remaining ingredients.  Spread in prepared tin bake in moderate oven 45 minutes to 1 hour.   Leave to cool 10 minuts before taking out of tin.

Banana Lime Cake

Ingredients

2 1/4 c all-purpose fluor
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c butter softened (1 1/2 sticks)
1 1/2 c granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 tbs lime juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp grated lime zest
3/4 c sour cream

Preheat oven to 350ºF  Spray pans with vegetable pan spray.
In medium bowl, combine fluor, baking soda and salt; set aside.  In large bowl, cream butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, lime juice, vanilla, banana and lime zest; mix well. Add fluor mixture alternately with sour cream; blend throughly but do not overmix.  Pour into prepared pans.

Cool 10 minutes in pan on rack; remove and cool completely before decorating.

Makes about 5 1/2 cups batter.
