Apple Cake

Ingredients

1/4 lb oleo
1 c sugar
1 tsp salt (scant)
2 eggs
1 c milk
2 c fluor (or more)
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp baking powder

Preheat oven at 350ºF.
Slice apples into a butterred pan sprinkle with 1 c sugar and cinnamon.
Dot with butter and vanilla.
Cream oleo, sugar, salt and eggs, add milk mixed with vanilla, and fluor mixed with baking powder, alternatively, pour over prepared baking pan.
Bake for about 50 minutes.
Unmold it`s like upside-down pineapple cake.
