Honey Barbequed Spare Ribs

3 pounds pork spare ribs or pork loin back ribs
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp instant minced onion
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Cut spareribs into serving-size pieces.  Place ribs, bone side down, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.  Cover and roast at 350ºF por 1 hour.  Drain.  Combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl; basting occasionally, let cook for 1/2 hour to 1 hour.
