Microwave Peanut Brittle (1 pound)

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1 cup roasted salted syrup
1 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda

Stir syrup and sugar together in casserole.  Microwave on high 4 minutes.  Stir in peanuts, microwave on high 3,5 minutes until light brown, add butter and vanilla.  Blend well and microwave 1-2 minutes.  Add soda and stir until light and foamy, pour in a lightly greased cookie sheet, cool 1 hour and brake in small pieces.  Store in airtight container.
