Ice Cream

Heat 2 cups of milk to bloiling. Mix 2 tbsp of cornstarch, 2 cups of sugar, 1 1/2 tsp of salt, 5 eggs, beat together.  Add into milk to make pudding.  Cook 10 minutes stirring constantly.  Stir in a 1/2 cup more sugar, mix well.
Pour into freezer, add 2 tbsp vanilla, if vanilla ice cream, if fruit ice cream, cool ice cream first, add fruit, add 2 cups of milk, fill freezer with 1/2 + 1/2 milk
