Hot Fudge Pudding Cake (serves 8 to 10)

2 cups fluor
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 cup milk
4 tbsp melted butter
2 cups chopped walnuts
2 cups light brown sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
3 1/2 cups boiling water

In a bowl, sift together the fluor, baking powder, salt, sugar, and the 1/3 cup cocoa.  Stir in the milk, butter and nuts.  The mixture will be quite thick.  Spread it in a 9 x 13" baking dish or other shallow casserole.  Sprinkle over it the combined brown sugar and 1/2 cup cocoa and pour boiling water over all.  Bake in a preheated 350ºF oven for 45 minutes.  Bubbles will appear around the edges.  The top will be firm but will "float".  Serve warm.  Top with whipped cream or light cream.
