Chocolate Cake Pudding (serves 6 to 8)

3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sifted all-purpose fluor
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp melted butter, cooled
1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cups water

Sift sugar, fluor, salt, baking powder and cocoa together into a 9 inch square baking pan.  Stir in milk, butter and vanilla.  Spread batter in pan.  Mix topping sugars and cocoa, and sprinkle over batter.  Pour water over all and bake in 350ºF oven , 45 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.  Serve warm or cool with cream or sour cream.
