Beer Batter for Seafood

1 can flat beer
1 1/2 cups fluor
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Let opened can of beer sit around at room temperature until it becomes flat.  In a bowl mix, beer, fluor, salt and pepper. Dip prepared seafood intp mixture and fry in hot oil.
