"Adam's rib" Barbecued Country Style Ribs (serves 4)

6 to 8 country style pork ribs
1 lemon sliced
1 onion sliced
1 cup catsup
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 cups water.

Preheat oven to 425ºF. In a 9 x 13 inch pan, place ribs meat side up; squeeze lemon over meat; lay lemon and onion slices on meat.  Roast uncovered for 30 minutes.  Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil and pour over ribs.  Bake one hour, covered.  Uncover and bake 30 more minutes, basting occasionally.
