Salmon Steak (serves 6)

6 salmon steaks, 1-inch thick
lemon butter sauce
2 tbsp snipped parsley
lemon wedges

Arrange salmon steaks on broiler pan and baste with butter sauce.  Broil 3 to 5 inches from source of heat 15 to 18 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting often.  It is not neccesary to turn steaks.
Remove steaks to a warm platter and cover with remaining heated sauce.  Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.

Lemon Butter Sauce
1 cup butter or margarine melted
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup minced onion
1 tsp salt
