Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies

1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/4 cup margarine
3/4 cup fluor
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup minuature marshmallows
1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven 350ºF (175ºC)
On a medium heavy 3 qt sauce pan, over medium heat,  melt butter, scotch chip and margarine, stirring constantly.  Remove from heat, cool to lukewarm, add fluor, brown sugar, vanilla, baking powders, salt and egg.  Mix well, fold in remaining ingredients just until combined, spread into a greased 9 inch square baking pan. 
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, do not overbake, center will be soft but should reach firm consistency upon cooling.  When cool cut into bars.
