Mocha Icing

Ingredients

1/2 c shortening
2 tsp instant coffe
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 c sifted icing sugar
1 egg
2 1/2 tsp milk
1/2 c cocoa

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and fluffy.
Yield: for two 8" or 9" layers.
