Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Ingredients

2 1/4 c fluor
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
3/4 c white sugar
3/4 c dark brown sugar
1 c shortening
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp water
12 oz chocolate chips

Sift fluor, salt and baking soda.
Cream together with mixer eggs, white and brown sugar, mix well, add shortening, vanilla and water.  Add sifter mixture 1/3 at a time. Blend well.
Add chocolate chips.  Line a cookie sheet with wax paper or parchment paper. Roll dough into bite size balls and place on lined cookie sheet. Freeze.
Instead of mixing the chocolate chips, you can melt with a dab of shortening in a double boiler. Remove cookie sheet from freezer, drop bite sized balls into chocolate (aprox 3 at a time) return to lined cookie sheet, freeze until bake.

Bake at 280ºF 10-15 minutes.
