Ingredients
1 lb sweet butter
2 tsp instant chocolate, if desired
1 tsp instant coffe
1/2 tsp boiling water
2 tbsp icing sugar
Cream butter. Blend in chocolate, dissolve coffe in water; add coffe and icing sugar to butter and blend until smooth.
Yield: for two 9" layers.
