Praline Cheesecake


1 c graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp melted butter
1/4 c granulated sugar
3 packages cream cheese at room temperature ( 8 oz )
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp fluor
3 XL eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c grated pecans

Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and granulated sugar (you may algo add some grated pecans).
Press into 8 or 9 inch springform pan.  Bake in oven preheated to 350ºF for 10 minutes.  Remove crust and cool. 
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and brown sugar, add fluor, add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.  Add vanilla.  Pour into crust.  Top with pecans.
Bake at 350ºF for 35 minutes.  Turn off the oven and allow cheesecake tp remain in ovn with door closed for 30 minutes.  Cool before serving.
