1 c cheddar cheese grated
2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
1/2 c fluor
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
24 pimiento stuffed green olives
Drain olives and pat dry with towels. Combine cheese and butter in a bowl. Add fluor and cayenne pepper and blend until well mixed. Take a small amount of dough (1 tsp or so) and roll into a ball between your palms. Flatten the dough ball between your palms until very thin, plac an olive in the middle, and wrap the olive completely with the dough. Roll again into a ball between your palms to make it nice and round.
Bake the wrapped olives on a baking shet in the middle of a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
