Apple Cake

Ingredients

1 c butter
1 c sugar
1 c sour cream
3 beaten eggs

1tsp vanilla

3 c fluor

3 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

2 apples sliced very thin

1/2 c chopped nuts

1/2 c sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar, add sour cream, beaten eggs and vanilla.

Sift fluor, baking powder, baking soda and salt, add to the butter mix, blend well.

Put half the cake batter in tube pan, then add apples and fill with other half of batter. Sprinkle nuts, and sugar mixed with cinnamon on top.

Bake 1 hour al 350ºF
