Catsup

Ingredients

1 bulk ripe tomatoes (cored) boil until pulp leaves skin, strain
3/4 cup dark vinegar
4 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp allspice
1 1/2 tsp cloves
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp red pepper
5 1/2 tbsp salt

Bring to a slow boil approx 3 hours.
