Wild Wedges (serves 4)

2 fluor tortillas (8 inch each)
1/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup chicken, cooked and chopped
1 gren onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp thick and chunky salsa

Heat large lightly greased skillet over medium heat until hot.
Add one tortilla.  Top with cheese, chicken, green, onion and salsa.  Place other tortilla on top.  Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.  Cut into triangles.
