Fillets del Mar (3 to 4 servings)

1 pound fish fillets
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup diced onions
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp parsley flakes

Place fish fillets in a single layer in a butteres baking dish.  Combine rest of ingredients and pour over fish.  Bake in a 350ºF (175ºC) oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
