Crisp Oven-Fried Fish

1 pound block frozen fish fillets (such as cod, flounder or sole) partially thawed
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
few grains pepper
2 tbsp all-purpose fluor
1/2 cup package plain bread crumbs
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Heat oven to 500ºF (260ºC).  With a cleaver or large knife cut block of fish into 4 2x3 inch pieces.  In a shallow bowl beat egg with 1/4 tsp of the salt and the pepper.  Coat fish with fluor and tap off any excess.  Dip fish into beaten egg and then in bread crumbs, turning to coat evenly on all sides.  Sprinkle coated fish with the remaining 1/4 tsp of salt and place pieces 3 inches apart on a rack over a baking pan.  Drizzle oil over each piece and bake 15 to 20 minutes, until crust is crisp and golden.  Serve with Calorie-Cut Tartar Sauce.
