Blackberry Wine

8 galons juice
10 lbs sugar
2 to 3 yeast cakes

Put juice in stone jar.  Dissolve sugar with a little water and add to juice.  Add yeast and cover with cloth.  Put the mixture in a huge bottle that you can put a cork.  In the top of these will be a plastic tube in the cork put the tube into a container of water when bubbles no longer appear in the water (a couple of days) you know the fermentation is complete, then you can bottle it.
If it hasn't stopped fermenting it will blow the tops off the bottles.
