White Fruit Cake

1 cup butter or margarine
1 3/4 cup sugar
5 eggs
1 glass whisky
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp hot water
2 cup fluor
1 small bottle of cherries
1 cup walnuts

Beat butter and sugar until creamy, add eggs one at a time, beat well. 
Mix whisky, vanilla and water, and mix alternate fluor and liquid to the batter, mix well.  Add cherries and walnuts.  May use pecans and raisins.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. 350ºF (175ºC).
