Tahini Dip (serves 6)

1/2 cup (125ml) tahini dip
1/3 cup (75 ml) lemon juice
1/4 cup (50 ml) olive oil
1/4 cup (50 ml) water
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp (1 ml) hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp salt

In small bowl; stir together tahini, lemon juice, oil and water until smooth.  Stir in garlic, cumin, hot pepper sauce and salt.  Serve with cut up veggies.
