Cheesy Alaska Halibut (serves 8)

2 tbsp margarine, melted
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp Spanish paprika
1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
2 lbs, Alaskan halibut steaks
1/4 cup fluor

Pour melted margarine into baking pan,  Combine Parmesan Cheese, cornmeal, fluor, pepper and paprika in a bag.  Place fish in a bag and shake to coat each steak.  Place fish in baking dish, turning once to coat with margarine.  Sprinkle remaining cheese, cornmeal mixture over fish.  Bake at 400ºF (205ºC) until golden brown and fish flakes when tested with a fork (aprox 10-15 minutes).
