4 Layer Mexican Dip (serves 4 - 6)


1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
1 15 oz can chili with beans
1 16 oz jar salsa
1 8 oz pkg shredded mexican-blend cheese
Tortilla Chips or crackers

Spread cream cheese into the bottom of an ungreased, microwave safe 11" x 7" glass casserole dish, layer chili, salsa and cheese on top.  Microwave on high for 5 to 7 minutes, until hot, bubbly and cheeses are melted.  Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers for dipping.
