2 (8oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC). In bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat with mixer on medium until well blended. Spoon into crust.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
