2 cups rice white and brown mixed
4 1/2 cup water
1 cup lentils
2 tbsp olive oil
2 medium chopped onions
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 tsp cinnamon.
Heat oil in pan, add garlic, chopped onion and sauteè. Add water and lentils, salt, pepper, cinnamon, let cook for about 10-15 minutes, add rice and cook 20 minutes more. Serve.
