Lazy Sourdough


2 cups warm water
1 cup beer
1 1/2 tbsp yeast
1 1/2 kosher salt
6 1/2 cups fluor

Mix water and yeast until bubbles form; add remaining ingredients and mix to combine.  Knead a few more times and then place in a dutch oven (or large plastic bag) with lid cracked open for up to 5 hours.
Put lid and place in fridge for up to 1 month.
