Apple Butter Muffins (1 dozen)

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups fluor
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp pumkin pie spice
1/4 tsp salt
1 beaten egg
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1/3 cup apple butter or aplle sauce (cinnamon kind)
1/3 cup chopped nuts
2 tbsp sugar

Combine first five ingredients and mix well.  Combine egg, milk and oil, add all at once to fluor mixture.  Stir until moistened.  Lightly grease muffin tin; spoon rounded tablespoon of batter in cups.  Top with tsp apple butter then add more batter.  Sprinkle with 2 tbsp sugar and nuts. (1/3 cup)
Bake at 400ºF 20 minutes.
