Heavenly Icing


1 egg white
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup boiling water
1/2 tsp vanilla

Add cream of tartar to egg white.  Beat slightly.  Add sugar gradually.  Keep beating all the time.  Add boiling water slowly, continuing to beat (can't beat too long) add vanilla and beat in.
