Autumn Chicken with Peppers and Mushrooms


2 tbsp olive oil
4 boneless chicken breast halves slightly flattened
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 green bell peppers, sliced
1 can "del Monte" fresh cut sliced tomatoes, garlic and onion

Saute chicken until lightly brown, reserve, add mushrooms and peppers, stir-fry 5 minutes.  Stir in tomatoes, return chicken to skillet cover with sauce.
Reduce heat and cook partly covered for 20 minutes.
