2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup diced onion
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
32 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes (slightly thawed)
Mix ingredients separately from above...
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1 teaspoon melted butter
Mix seven ingredients together. Put in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan that has 1/4 of the corn flake mixture on the bottom. Top with remaining corn flake mixture and bake for 1 hour at 350º F.
Can be made the night before.
