Pumpkin Pie


1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves, nutmeg, allspice, ginger and salt
2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cups pumpkin (cooked and smashed)
1 2/3 cups evaporated milk (1 tall can)
9" pie shell

Mix all ingredients, beat well.  Prepare shell as directed, fill with pumpkin mix and bake at 425ºF for about 15 minutes or 350ºF about 40 min.
